I am a Licensed Psychologist with an emphasis on family systems, early childhood (0-5), and trauma.
I am a child, adolescent, and adult psychologist licensed in CO and pending license in CA with 6 years of experience. I am also a PsyPact provider and am able to telehealth across some state lines. My specialty is working with people who have experienced trauma, chronic medical conditions, and children/families with emotional and behavioral challenges.
I hope we can begin your healing journey together using your strengths to overcome your challenges. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic relationship with elements of attachment, ACT/CBT, and family systems. I also enjoy incorporating mindfulness interventions into my work with clients.
